SS Gift of the Gallows chapter 15

After 6 months

There was calm in their life ,she was practicing her dentistry  more so she was helping a DR,Arnav use to be with her all the time. Off and on she use to get night mares of jail incident , Arnav always use to comfort her , for last few days she was getting very irritated ,Arnav was not getting what to do .

"Arnie " she shouted at him

"what i have done yar?" he made a sad face , she asked him to pick up baby "Khushi we both are playing " he didnot listen her pull the quilt over his head  ,she really got annoyed as few minutes back she had fixed the bed and he had made it a mess again , she walked in anger and pull it from his face

Arnav and baby both smiled at her , 

 she wanted to show her anger she could not , he pull her from her waist and made her fall on him" i guess we need a break" he caress her hairs.she shake her head in no

Arnav" i want a proper honey moon do you get that" he peck her ,she instead of blushing pinch him to free herself " what is your problem yar , mera bhi koi emotions hain "he try to black mail her , she showed him her eyes "i and  baby are going , if you want to join us pack your bags" he kissed her cheek . she look at baby ,who was smiling as Arnav was again playing with her.

The next day they  left for Goa .

Arnav wants to make her happy , but she was in same condition , she was not enjoying at all , he could feel she was there just from him ."Khushi what is the problem dear " he came and sat next to her on the beach ,she wrote on sand " i am fed up , i want to talk with you , when my voice will come back" a tear float out of her eyes, he wiped it and grab her hand with finger he wrote it on her palm " please let me live in peace God . as i my gandi bachi scold me so much without voice , when it will be back what she will do" Khushi throw all the sand on him and beat him .. He again manage to distract her.

At night Khushi "Arnei "he didnot reply to her she throw cushion at him ,he pointed at himself ,she in anger walked to him. he grab her arm and made her sit next to him, he took a paper

"what you want?"Arnav wrote

" Arnie!!! What is this?" she wrote 

"now we are going to talk like this" he wrote on and passed her

"stop making fun of me "she wrote and tore his paper

"where is baby " she wrote 

" today she will stay in creche " he kissed her forehead 

"what the"she was about to get up ,he pull her back "how can you leave the  baby in creche ?"she passed him the paper 

" oh meri gandi bachi"he try to kiss her ,she showed him eyes, Arnav chuckles"i was feeling some one was buring and was irritated " he tickled her she beat him "i am hero of 2 gandi bachi's ,i should give both of them time equally ,for past few days i been giving choti wali more time,So i thought least i could  give my badi wali some special time as she is my first priority , today i will make cook for you" he gave her the paper

"you are you kidding"she pushed him

"you sit here and just relax "he fix cushion behind her back

"please talk to me stop this paper thing"she fume and passed him 

"khushi i want to say just because you dont have voice, your cannot express your self, we still can have fun, 

We will continue to have these little chits ,by the way we use to do this in class while teacher was giving us lecture "he passed her and walk to the small kitchen .

she followed him " with whom you use to do?" she wrote 

"Lavanya as she was my class fellow" he was chopping veg 

"was she your girl friend " she wrote and passed him, he look at her 

"she was my fiancee" he didnot want to hide for her anything,he wrote and passed her

Nani "Anjali please  try to listen me "

Anjali" Nani for last 8 months i am listening you all , dont do this, dont do that Khushi will get hurt , for God sake Nani few other too live in this home "

Nani" beta she is sick , she is not fine "

Anjali smiled "Sick  are you sure ? they have gone on honey moon , and the way they behave i dont feel they are sick"

Nani" i am still not in favor of your mom birthday "

Anjali" Nani cannot you asked Arnav not to come back " Nani give up ,as she knew Anjali was as stubborn as her brother

"Do what you want to do?"

At Goa

Khushi walk in he looked at her from head toe too,and whistle

"you are looking hot" he wrote and passed her . while pulling chair for her

"please stop this paper thing ,i want to hear you " she wrote

he gave up "ok as you say"he passed her the dish she smell it .made face"come on yar "she started eating she

made face and swallow down."is it not taste"he took a fork and try "Khushi" she had a laughter, open her arms to hug him  "you naughty pie i will not leave you" he hug her back

They enjoyed that night .

The next day baby was having fever both became worried for her .

"Can we go back?" he asked her and she nodded her head , she was texting NK that they are coming but Arnav stopped her"let us give them surprise "

At home

Shyam" Anjali you are celebrating birthday of a dead person , who cannot feel or see" he said while reading his file

Anjali" what you want to say?"

Shyam" you are not caring about your brother , you know if he finds out how much hurt he will be"

Anajli" my brother blood has turn white in love , he dont remember Maa's birthday,he is enjoying his honeymoon"

"you dont understand him ,how can he forget Maa ,when khushi is there in front of him" he took a deep breath

"ya he is living with maa murder "she throw the brush

"court has given verdict that she is innocent, who are you?" he got angry

"Arnav wanted that so they given this verdict" she walk out ,Shyam followed her

" she was innocent, from day one . it is not because Arnav love her court changed the verdict " he grab her arm and shouted

"please today it is my maa's birthday dont talk about her murder "she free her arm and walk away

"you have lost your maa , i swear if you will behave like this you will lose you brother too as she is his life" he said while walking next to her

"i have already lost him" she walk away crying

NK and Akash witness their conversation

NK" why DI is behaving like this ?"

Akash" bhai is not picking up phone ,i really want to call him and tell him , dont know why i have bad feeling" he was trying to call Arnav

Shyam" lets finish this party as soon as possible" he walk behind his wife

Nani "Anjali we should cut the cake"

Anjali" Nani why you all are in hurry ?"she smiled

Arnav and Khushi cell was switch off ,everyone in the family has tried to call them, dont know why they had bad feeling .

Arnav and Khushi entered RM ,everyone in hall was surprised to see them ,

NK"bhai you came back"he ran to stop Arnav

Arnav"you guys are having party in our absence " he look around

Khushi who was next to him pull his sleeve " I didnot killed her " she pointed at the picture of Arnav's maa

Arnav in shocked looked in the direction  where she was pointing ,he saw his maa big picture

NK bhai, he catch the baby from falling down ,Khushi was hanging in Arnav's arms

"Khushi" he picked her up and made her rest on sofa,he kept on patting her cheek calling her 

Shyam "Dr is coming " he placed his hand on his shoulder

"when Dr said not to show Maa pics why it is here ?" he shouted on top of his voice"you know it can take her life "the thought made him shiver , he was calling her shaking her but she was not opening her eyes , she was all pale and cold .he picked her and rush out ..

Nani " we asked you but you didnot listened us "she look at Anjali who was about to pick the baby as she was crying ."dont pick her "she snatch from her 

Anjali"Nani"

"she is your brother life , if any thing happened to her your brother will die , i think you have forgotten the past" she scold her ...try to stop the crying baby ..

At hospital after few hours 

Arnav" how is she ?"

DR" she is fine , she fainted because of shock i guess"

Arnav"can i meet her ?"

DR"yes but dont talk to her ,let her sleep " he walk away 

Arnav walked in nurse was making her drink water "wait i will help her" he walk ahead 

"who are you?" she said and give him a blank look ... Arnav freeze at his spot 

"please nurse ask him to leave , call my mom " she said while lying down ,she opened her eyes and look at him "why you are staring at me ? i dont know you" he felt someone taken life out of his leg ,he drag him self out of room

Shyam ,NK and Akash all together "what happened ?"

"She dont remember me " he slide down next to the wall of room...

 you can kill me for this but i cannot help it , story should go on

The Matchmaker chapter 8

 "take medicine " Aarav open his fist and placed the tablet on his palm 

Arnav look at him"who gave you this ?"

"Mama said when you are taking coffee i should give you" he heard his bus horn "superman i have to go "he kissed his cheek and ran out .

 He look at the tablet " oh you want to say you cares for me, if you really cares why you left without meeting me" he placed the medicine in his pocket

Khushi was walking as fast as she could , today she had walked other side to bus stop , as dont know why she had a feeling she will meet him at station , when she reached bus stop a bus was leaving she ran behind it "wait wait "  she saw a  guy he was standing on the door asking her to hold his hand ,she has no choice she grab his hand ,he pull her in,

"hi  i am NK" he look at her who was breathing heavily ,he noticed her eyes  it was all red "you didnot slept at night"she look at him

" excuse me " she free her hand

"your eyes are saying you didn't slept at night, and  they way you were running look like you were trying to ..he paused as she showed him her eyes

"please dont comment on me ,thanks for helping me to catch this bus, i will not forget your this help" she walk in

NK" wow what an attitude " he followed her "by the way do you live here ?"she stare at him  ." oh GOD you look like ASR"

"please dont eat my brain,can you leave me alone" she almost beg him ,NK didnot bother her again

Arnav was in train when the guy passed a comment" today your hasina is not with you"  the next minute he was on floor " next time don't even try to look at her " he walk to the other side ,his hand was bleeding , he didn't cared he stand where he was standing yesterday , he don't wanted to think of her but everything was making him miss her .

At office

NK" you too didn't slept last night"

Arnav  who was washing his hand gave him a wired look "what do you mean by that?"

NK" i met my dream girl today , she was beautiful , kya meeting thi , she was running for bus ,i gave her my hand "he kissed his hand

"please don't eat my brain, can you leave me alone" he said in anger

NK" oh uss na bhi yeh bola tha"

Arnav shake his head and seated

NK" where is your home yar ? i wanted to give you a surprise but i could not find your home , i found her "

"where were you finding my home" he became inquisitive

NK told him the place "why what happened ?"

"how she look like?" he try to be normal , don't want to show him his interest ,NK described her "she had a brown leather bag "he said while hiding his face in files

NK" how you know?"

"She is married , so you better keep away from her"he warn him

"how you know that?" he try to look at his face

"because she is my neighbor" he said looking away

"she really don't look like a married woman, iss ka figure "

"shut up" he shouted

everyone look in their cabin

"tum ko kya problem hain" he had never seen him reacting like this

"i beg you leave me alone" he said while sneezing

"i am 99.9 % sure she is not married "he said while going out

"dammit she is mother of 4 year old kid " he said  and with hand ask him to get out ... he rest his head with back of seat" so to avoid me you took a bus" he was getting more frustrated .

Khushi was trying to work but dont know why she was thinking about him" i hope his flu is better, without shirt does anyone sit in cold at night"she was murmuring to her self. ." i should have given him my self , i don't have his number ,other wise i could asked him" she getting angry from herself

At lunch Aarav came

"did you gave superman medicine?"she ask the first question while kissing his cheek

"yes mama" he picked her cell

"what are you doing?" she asked him

"Calling superman" it was slip of tongue ,he got scared .she snatch the cell

"how his number came here ?" she was surprise

"Superman saved here, he said when ever i need him i should call him" he said calmly

"call him asked him how he is feeling ?" she said with out looking at him as if he will catch her.

he happily called him ,without listening him he said"mama is asking how you are feeling?'

 "how was your day?"he didn't reply to him

"meet you at station "

Khushi who was listen poke Aarav "say we have to go somewhere you dont wait for us" she on paper wrote  birthday ,she winked at him

"mama is saying we have to go somewhere you dont wait for us"he cut the call "mama hurry up he have to buy gift for superman"

She look at him helplessly, she wanted to say i dont have money but she didnt want to break his son heart "ya sure"hug him

Arnav"so you dont want to come with me , then why you cared to ask me how i am feeling?" he was pissed off from her .

Khushi took Aarav to market ,she from old book bought a gardening book , she thank Lord Aarav didn't find it was old book shop , Aarav wanted to  decorated room she bought few things .he wanted to buy card , but she convince him if he will give him hand made card  his superman will like it more , he agreed

Aarav"mama your class"

"it is superman birthday baby, i will miss today" she wanted to reach home before dark and him

Buaji wasn't at home when they reached

Khushi was scared but she some how relax herself "he will come at 6 " she made soup as she knew he was having flu. she baked a cake for him  by 5:45 she was done ,Arnav did not locked his room so Khushi arranged everything in his room

Khushi"baby all set"

Aarav" mama you will not change "he look at Khushi who was setting the table

Khushi"i am fine"

Aarav" no you should change" he  ran to his room open the her wardrobe and taken out her only party dress

Khushi are you out of your mind?"she should as she saw him standing with her dress

Aarav"mama it is superman's birthday you should get ready"

Khushi i am trying to run away and he is , after last night incident and you are asking me to wear this

Aarav"mama what are you saying?"

"i dont know how he will react now , as i think if we will be close to each other we will do some silly thing"she was murmuring to herself .

Aarav"mama please change for my sake"he said so cutely she had to change .

Khushi"i will clear him  Aarav me to see in this dress" she was getting too nervous . she applied  lipstick dont know why she felt weak in her knees .Just the thought of his touch send chills down her spines.she was blushing like anything  she composed her self " i have to face him "shake her head and walk to his room as Aarav was there

Aarav"wow mama you are looking so beautiful" he blow flying kiss at her,she spank him"naughty you "

At office 

Arnav "she really dont want to meet me ,that is why she had made Aarav call me to say i should not wait for them at station"he felt his head will break ,he was having terrible flu, "i will not go home"  he kept his head with back of the chair and closed his eyes

At home

It was getting dark , she was getting scared , she was sitting next to the window in his room looking out, it was drizzling "why he is not coming ?"she was looking at time again and again. Aarav was making card , he was busy

"i am a fool,he must be with his friend "she curse herself "we are not his family"she felt sad .

Time passed

Khushi was looking at the candles that was lighting the room as there was no electricity because of rain. she was dialing his number but again and again she was getting same reply.

Aarav" mama candles will again melt when Superman will come" he was peeping out of window try to look in dark"mama he daily come at 6 now it is 8"

"lets go in our room"she picked him up

"no mama"he scream

"when he will come we will come back?"she try to relax him

"i will sit here "he started crying ,she sat back on sofa ,she had called him but his cell was switched off , she was about to cry ,she hug Aarav tight in his arms and close her eyes

Arnav was fast a sleep in office, his peon shake him "ha"

Peon" Sir please if you dont mind can you go home , it is raining out side. i am waiting here because of you"

Arnav" oh what is time?"

Peon "9:30"

Arnav shit  why you didn't woke me before ?

Peon made sad face

Arnav look at his cell it was switched off " oh i forget to charge it " he walk out of office there was no bus there , his peon came and stand next to him

Peon "my wife will not leave me , today i will reach home after 12 " he started walking

Arnav"wait a second ,it is my fault "he stopped a taxi

Arnav "come in ,i will pay that" he pull him in , he try to on his cell , luckily it was on, he received few text ,first one was from buaji ,"i have to go natives take care of home" ..."drive fast please"

Driver "bhai it is raining"

"please drive fast"he check other text it was from Khushi number,  there was traffic jam he "please you drop him , i will go myself"he pay gave peon thousand rs

"Sir this is "Arnav cut him " buy something for family "he ran in direction of home

"i am and idiot "he was cursing himself all the way , he reached his neighborhood"shit there is no light, she must be scared " he didn't cared how fast it was raining with in no time he reached home, he ran to their home , the door was wide open"Khushi, OH God i hope so she is fine " there was no one in home, he was scared "where to find them?" he look at his clothes which was dripping "i better change " he walked in his room . he freeze as the sight.,they both were sleeping on sofa , Cake was placed in front of them,the candle lights was fading out "they were trying to give me surprise " he felt like beating himself , he walked to them ,and kneel down next to them, her curl was blocking his view , he could not stop himself from removed the curl, his hand brush with her cheek

"Arnav" she at once opened her eyes as she sense his touch 

"hey  "caress her cheek with his freezing hand,she rub her cheek with his palm, he smiled at her ,she pushed away his hand ,she made Aarav rest on sofa and step down "khushi"

"dont talk to me "she without giving him time ran to her side

"superman" Aarav sat as she bang the door

Arnav"oh baby you got up" he kissed him

"why you are wet,and so cold"he touch him

"you were planning to give me surprise " he didnot reply

"mama lets quickly cut cake the candles will again melt" he shouted

"your mama is angry "he look at the cake and the setting of table 

"mama was scared she was crying too" he said sadly 

"you sit here,keep eye on candles  i will bring her" he walk out without wasting his time.

 He peep in the door" i hope you will not attack on me with frying pan" he saw are standing in kitchen,he sneezed,she didnot look at him " i am sorry , i thought you dont want to talk to me ,that is why you are avoiding me since morning ?"he try to warm his hand from stove 

"i did everything for Aarav " as she felt he was staring at her 

"did i said you did for me?" he try to take bread piece ,she pat his hand .

"what you think after the last night incident i should come in front of you like before and say hello" she said in anger

"you change na . mama is really angry today " he grab Arnav hand and pull him with him to his room .

Arnav was looking at her while  going out she was placing her hand on her heart  to relax herself ,a smiled appear on his lips" i am really Stupid,idiot, fool ,owl and donkey" he quickly changed 

Aarav"mama come here "he pull her next to him she was intentionally standing away from them 

"you both cut i will take pics" she try to move 

"i will set camera" he was not ready to hear her any excuse "be ready Aarav " he ran and stand behind her wrapping his left arm on her waist  ,and placing his and on Aarav's to cut the cake

"happy birthday" Aarav sang "Mama "he poke her ,she was not in her sense as Arnav was teasing her with his breath and brushing his face next to her face .she was trying to free herself but he was holding her more tightly 

"superman " Aarav made him it and kiss his cheek 

"now mama will have " he ask Khushi to open her mouth .she was struggling in his arm,busy looking at Arnav

"ok "he ran to switch board , he peck her without giving her chance to escape ...she was in shocked , he had left her and was sitting next to fireplace sneezing and coughing 

"dont worry mama will apply  vicks you will be fine"she look at him Aarav was hanging on his shoulder .

"i dont think so she will apply "he said sadly looking at her

Arnav was looking at her  getting ready , he had asked her few times but she didnot reply to him , he was getting pissed off , she was giving last touch to her make up he walked to her

Khushi didnot reply she was taking off her earings  and throwing it on the dressing table 

Aarav with hand asked Arnav to come close to him  he whisper in his ear

Khushi was acting as if she was sleeping he came  sit next to her , he poke at her shoulder 

Arnav" someone wants to talk to you"

Khushi " i dont want to talk to you or some one else "

Arnav"Salman Bhai i am so sorry , i have taken your so much time , my wife is so angry she dont want to talk to you or wish you brithday , but trust me today she was planning to celebrate your birthday in her KKGSR style , you know sometime i feel she loves you more  than me "

Khushi sat " Salman Khan"

Arnav shake his head in yes she snatch phone from him " hello  Salman Bhai" she scream

Khushi "watch out Arnav Singh Raizada  dont say anything now i can call Salman bhai too , bara bara logo se dosti hai meri " she step out of bed and ran out as she knew he will not leave her now...

SS Parents Affairs chapter 20

 There was a pin drop silence in car , they were going back to city .

Arnav"what the hell is this?" he stopped the car

Khushi who was lost in her own thoughts look at him"kya huwa"

Arnav" road is block ,  i think there is some accident " he step out of car  to see ,and walked to the spot ,with in no time he was back caring Garima in his arm

Khushi panic seeing her mom "what happened?"

Arnav" i dont know "he made her rest in back seat in Khushi lap and driver as fast as he could to the nearest hospital 

Khushi "What happened to her ?"

DR" i think she had not eaten anything that is way she fainted"

Khushi hmmm Garima was gaining conscious, she was moving her head and murmuring

Arnav" but why , that is my home he cannot kick me out"

Garima cupped his face " beta i know your dad the most , he had lost everything in life , we were in love , but according to your Dada will your dad has to marry your mom , if he will not  he will not get anything from his father business as your mom was 75 %share holder of the company , your dad wanted to have higher studies it was his dream ,at that time said i dont love him i always took him as friend, he was deject for me  and in anger he got married to your mom, he got admission in US university with in one week of his marriage, to run way from married life he left your mom with in 1 month of marriage ,  after your dad left your mom finds our letters and his diaries , she never knew we had a break up , she thought he don't love her that is way he left her,  

I had left city , as that place was not letting me live , my parents force me to get married to her dad , i try to be fair with her dad , i told him before marriage i was in love with a guy when i was in collage , at that time he appreciated me but after marriage  he use to taunt me .as  that was carved on her dad mind , she took a deep breath.

Her dad made my affair with every possible person , with the postman or milkman , i was fed up , i asked for divorce as i have seen Khushi, she use to get frighten when we use to fight , i dont want to spoil her teens , we got separated ,i shifted from there to here to my buaji place .

one day i found your dad ,   for year or so we didnot told each other that we were single , but when we came to know dont know dont know why our love for each other again blossom in our heart, your dad 

told me that when he made up his mind to come back and accept your mom as his wife , she had got annoyed for him for ever, your dad think he is a loser , he could not love you as he thinks he has no right on you, the lady who gave birth to you was annoyed from him and you are part of him" she paused 

Arnav and Khushi look at each other

Garima" right now i will not let you go any where , you both just stay in front of my eyes , he is angry right now as once again he is defeated , he will not realized the blood running in you is his , he may do something silly as always as it is his old habit " she gave a weak smile 

Arnav "for how long you will hide me? "

Garima hug him" till i can , as in my present he cannot harm you"

Khushi" why you both use to meet ?"

Garima" beta sometime you cannot help your heart , every time i use to be scared, but then i use to say to  this is my last time , i will not meet him again, but every time i use to forget my promise "

Khushi "hmmm"

Garima" today i am thinking your marriage was written "

Arnav "what about yours ?" he tries to be funny as the atmosphere was to sad 

Khushi beat him" then i will not see your face " 

Garima" Khushi" she hide Arnav behind her " tum itni batameezi karti ho" she pull her ears 

Khushi "he is my husband and i can do anything with him" she beat him

Garima" by the way as per my information you both never wanted to get married in life, why you both got married ?"

Arnav" because she has your blood and i have dad's, love was written in our fate"

Garima saw he had pinched Khushi and she was tying to hit him , dont know why she felt they both were looking like their past."it is your first day after marriage, if you both will fight like this what will you both will do rest of your life"they both sit straight"i want to rest, but you both promise me you will not step out of home"

they did promised 

At night 

Arnav "i am feeling sorry for them" Khushi who was lying in his arms hug him more tight

Khushi" i can feel their pain as i am in love, no one else can feel " 

Arnav" why cannot they live together when we dont have problem?"

Khushi "are you crazy "

Arnav" khushi they have always suffer , dont they deserved happiness in life"

Khushi" please Arnav dont try to be bold ,it is India"

Arnav " one think is sure , when we will go back to our home ,i will take your mom with me "

Khushi" ok i will stay here then"she try to free herself

Arnav" tum bhi na  you are still living in stone age" he hug her more tight

Next morning Arnav got up with loud bell,he free him self from Khushi and walk out 

Garima" what was that cannot you ring the bell decently ?"

Dad " i am here to take you"

Gariam" i told you loud and clear i will not marry you do you get that"

Dad"then be ready your daughter "he paused as he saw Arnav standing behind Garima"you are here"  he in shock look a Garima. Khushi too came out rubbing her eyes 

Dad"i have said now on wards we don't have any relation why you are in this home"

Garima  came and stand in front of  Arnav and Khushi .

Dad"move away when i asked them not to come why they came in here"

Garima" dont you dare touch them , as if you touch them you will never see me in life again " she screamed

Dad" Garima "

Garima" right now i am her mom , and his mother in law do you get that" she pushed him away " if you try to hurt my children , i will forget i ever loved you"

Dad took a step back

Garima" you have only one relation and that is me , as your mom still blame you for your wife death , if you try  to touch them i will never forgive you"

Dad felt the world around him has fade out 

Garima" i have accepted our children marriage ,you should too accept it and give them your blessing , as i always said to you we were never made for each other"

Arnav"DAD" he catch him as he sink down to floor.
