• "dad you know Manik is married "pooja said as she saw his dad entering home "I am sure now he will divorce her" she smiled

  "Pooja "his dad lost his temper

  "dad i was just saying " she had never seen her dad so angry

  "stay away from them , you can be only their friends nothing else ,they both love each other and i pray they always be together "he left the place

  She was scratching herself continually"stop it " he hold her hand and curl his fingers with her's ,she tried to free

  "wait a second for once and all i will sort this" he left her and walk out of room he found everyone glued to tv

  He saw Nyonike on screen " she was not only Space student she is my daughter in law too " she was giving answer to the reporters

  "but we never knew your son was married ?" a reporter asked
  " few things should be hidden from media as we have private life too " she replied
  " hope your son has not "before the reporter could complete his sentence she raised her had
  " don't say anything against her or you have to pay heavy price for it " Nyonika said 
  "Ma'am you said you safe her but how you reached there " someone from back asked her
  " you all must have seen them performing , i was too there , when she stand i find them both worried , as i was close to them i went back stage , i saw them going in room ,till i reached there i saw Manik coming out , and going in other direction to fetch her things , it was hardly a minute i heard Nandini screamed " i ran in " she said and made disgusted face "the culprit is behind bars and i will make sure he get's maximum punishment ,so never a teacher think of doing such thing,no more question " she left
  Space owner Nyonika filed case against the classical music teacher who tried to assault his student but like a savior Nyonika reached in time " reporter said
  "Thank God nothing happened and Nyonika Ma'am was there " Aliya said
  Manik step back in room ,he saw her weeping "Pandit did it " he said loud and throw the vase that was on side table it broke in to pieces and sat on the corner of bed
  "who told you ?" Nandini stopped crying and crawl to him on bed as he seated there
  " i knew he was cheap and has lust in his eyes " he said she placed her hand on his shoulder
  "Manik it was not your fault you have protected me in every possible way , he was already in room " she said and
  
  
  "What was that ?" Cabir peep in and look at the floor
  "Pandit did it right ?" Manik asked him and Cabir nod . he look at Nandini who was scratching herself
  Cabir walked out as they were in not state of talking
  
  "you will not listen " he got up and walked to his dressing table , in a minute he was back with a nail cutter . he grab her hand " i will chop it " he cut her nails ,she tried to pull her hand but he trap her in his arm" sit straight , love when you hurt me with it but i will not tolerate you hurting yourself " he was thinking all the time while cutting
  
  "did he saw us ?" he turn back and asked she nod and wrap her arm around herself " shit shit "
  Flash back
   "see here it is cut " he showed her the straps " the seam is perfect "
  "what can i say Manik " she look at him in mirror . he gently touch her back and run his finger on her backbone"Manik please " she was nervous and feeling weak in her knee she held his arm that was wrap around her waist"kya please "he bend down and brush is lips on her nape .he look at her she had closed her eyes and held her breath a peaceful shy smile appear, on her lips as she was enjoying his gentle torturer .he kissed on her shoulder , she opened her eyes and look at him . he suddenly turn her around , hold her locked in his finger and pull her more close to him , there was no distance between them he sealed her lips with her , his hand caress her back , as she warp around her arms his neck

  " where i kept it " he ran to washroom , he search his jeans and found the locket , he walked back and sat next to her 
  "leave me " she said 
  "shhh" he pull her up and made her sit ,he removed her hairs 
  "what are you doing ?" she asked he hang the locket in front of his eyes 
  " no Manik , the Nandini you gave this was pure untouched ,i am not that " she tried to move 
  "you are still pure do you get that " he pull her back and bang her with his chest and placed it back around her neck , he kissed her nape , Nandini look at locket held it

  Pandit drop himself on her ,he tried to twisted it on his finger like Manik and kissed her .she push him hard and called "Manik"

  "Manik " she closed her eyes tight she shiver 
  " i am here " he hold her next to him
  
  
  
  " how are they ?" Navya asked 
  "they both are fighting with each other , you come with me i have to take you to hospital " Cabir said
  " i will go tomorrow " Navya said and made baby face
  " No right now Mukti can you accompany us please , today Nandini is not in a state to come " Cabir said and Mukti at once agreed
  
  Aliya and Dhruv stay back 
  
  In evening 
  

  Nyonika walked in saw everyone sitting

  "make for everyone " she order her servant and walked to them

  "what for you guys are mourning " she asked them

  They look at each other

  "Nothing happened there he only attacked Nandini"

  She look at them and seated

  " i saw her dress rip off i walked behind them I was out side the room he walks out in hurry I was standing next to the door ,Hardly after a minute Nandini screamed and I rushed in so nothing happened "She said

  "You know that is why you can say how we can tell others" Navya said

  " everyone will forget , and You have to support them ,if you all will sit with long face who will cheer them up go use guest rooms and freshen up " she said and walked upstairs

  See you all at dinner

  As she left the place they all look at each other "how she suddenly changed ?"

  Nyonika heard them she had flash back

  pandit was trying to kiss her forcefully Nandini saw her "mom"

  She called her what she always wanted to hear from Manik

  She peep in Manik bedroom he was sitting looking at her ,she walked in

  He wipe his tears "wake her up and both of you come down"

  "i am not hungry "Manik said " and she is sleeping "

  She grab his hand and pull him with her to the sitting area of his room

  "If you will behave like this how she will come out of the trauma ?"She poked in his chest

  "why you haven't told me the name first"

  she didn't replied "you come down in 10 mins "

  She saw Nandini moving she walked to her

  "Get up, she is so warm "She caress her hairs , and look at Manik

  "Yes she has temperature" Manik said

  "Even then I will not excuse you come down they all are waiting " she walked out

  "Nyonika why you told everyone that Nandini is my wife , is this your new trick" he in shouted from behind

  "i can't answer your few question Manik , as you will not trust me , it is useless to clear " she said to herself

  
  

   At dinning table

  Nyonika walk down and saw them all sitting in living room 
  "go call them " she said 
  "I will go " Navya said 
  Cabir hold her hand " are you mad ? what Dr said no stairs ?" he said worriedly  he gave her cell and ask her to call " i am going upstairs you call" he said , he knocked and walked in found both sitting in bed in different corner , he put phone on speaker 
  " dono jaldi se neecha aao , my baby is very hungry " Navya said  
  "if you will not have anything none of us will have " she said " i can't come up to call you guys myself " Navya said " baby your Mausa and Mausi  are keeping you wait " she caress her tummy and said 
  "if you both are stubborn she is too , since morning she haven't ate anything and you both know she is anemia  " Cabir said 
  Nandini step out down of bed ,"now you too get up " Cabir poked Manik shoulder , she was feeling weak in knees she hold the bed " bring her down " Cabir said and walked out , he showed thumb up to all 
  " i can walk" Nandini said as he come close to pick her up , but he didn't listen and picked her and walk to the door  "Manik" she tried to step down , and free herself in struggle like always she brush her lips with his cheek ,he look at her and smiled  
  
  Everyone smiled as he bring her down in his arm's 
  "sit " Nyonika asked him to make her sit next to her on his seat , he for the first time didn't disobey her , as Aliya pulled the chair he made her sit .he sat next to her 
  
  "you start then i will eat " Navya dished out in their plates 
  "Navya this is black mailing " Nandini said 
  "Nandu baby is hungry " she rub her tummy and made sad face
  " ok eating " Nandini picked up spoon and started eating 
  "aap bhi my official jiju ji " she showed Manik eyes and asked  ,he too started eating 
  
  "my baby did one great thing before coming to world " Navya said and everyone had a smile and started their dinner
  
  "Nyonika Ma'am i want to quit studies and go back home" Nandini said without looking at anyone 
  
  "What " everyone stop eating and said together Manik choke as he was drinking water

Chapter 31

"Cabir have you gone mad , why you are taking me to home ?" Manik shouted 

" she is at home " Cabir said 

"Nyonika was calling because Nandini was with her " he dialed her number

" Manik i called you zillion times where the hell were you ? why you were rejecting my call " she shouted from other end 

" is Nandini with you " he asked with tremble in his voice 

" Nandini Manik is coming beta shhh relax you are at home " he heard Nyonika voice from other end  he had a sigh of relief he cried without caring his friends was there in car

" hurry Cabir she is at home" he look at Cabir and said

Manik and co ran in the home " where is Nandini ?" he asked servant 

"in your room " he pointed he ran upstairs but Nyonika stop in his way as she came out of room with Dr 

"What happened to her ? why you brought her here ? " he asked all question looking at sleeping Nandini in his bed

"Manik you have to take this very sensible, keep your anger aside " Nyonika said but before she could complete they all heard Nandini screaming "Manik " he ran in and hug her , he look at her she was all pale and frighten, she was in his other shirt , he caress her hairs and saw bandage on her neck and scars , tears roll down his eye , he look at Nyonkia who was standing in door with teary eyes , she hides her tears 

"Who did this ?" he asked her , she came close to him " you be with her i will handle it "  she whisper and look at Nandini who was hiding like a scared kid in his arms " see i told you Manik is coming " she caress her head , she was about to walk he hold her hand " who did this tell me ?" he asked her and sob Nyonkia look at Nandini who shakes her head in no  and cried , Nyonkia left her arm and walked out 

"Nyonkia tell me who did it ?" he shouted on top of his voice but she closed the door behind him 

"you tell me who did it ?" he look at her and asked ,she tightly sealed her lips , there was a bruise near her lips he touch it and cried " i will not leave that B*****"

Nyonkia look at Cabir and co all standing in shock , Girls were crying badly 

" you guys stay here be with him  " she said 

"Ma'am who did it ?" Cabir asked 

"promise me you will not tell Manik  until i handle it" Nyonkia said 

"Pandit " Mukti said 

" i will not leave that B*****" Nyonkia nod and walked away  

They heard Nandini shouting they all rush to his bedroom

" go from here " she pushed Manik with her full force 

" Nandini what i did ?" he helplessly look at her 

"i dont worth you any more " she pull the comforter and wrap around her " go from here or i will leave " she shouted 

Manik look at their friends who all were weeping " Manik come here " Cabir came froward and asked  him to get up 

" no i will not leave her " he sat next to her and hold her in his arms " if she has gone nuts i haven't "he said 

" ok then i will go from here " Nandini tried to get up but he left the room , she sat and cried bitterly 

"Nandini why you are torturing yourself and him " Nanvy said 

Nandini wiped herself with the sheet " i am dirty, see here he touched me , and here , she point on her shoulder, i dont deserve  him anymore " she jump out of bed and ran to washroom in way she bang with the door ,Mukti and Aliya ran to hold her she stand under shower and rub her body 

"Nandini " Mukti tried to hold her but she was  wild "Aliya call Manik only he can handle her now " 

out side room Manik was in anger punching the wall " why i left her ?, why she is pushing me away from her " he hit hard on wall 

"Manik you have to take care of her , she needs you , if you will shatter like this how she will come out of the trauma " Cabir tried to stop him

"why Nyonika is hiding name ?" Manik shouted 

" because Nandini stopped her " Cabir said as he was witness 

"Manik hurry Nandini is becoming wild , she is hurting herself " Aliya rush out and said 

Manik and Cabir ran in 

She was crying standing under shower , with scratch her neck and arm , Mukit was unable to stop her he ran and hold her both arms" Have you lost your mind " he pull her and made her stand next to him

"leave me " she tried to free herself ,but failed , she sank to the ground  he held her next to him they cried 

"Mukti " Cabir called her out 

"why this happened to her ?" Mukti cried

"i can't take this anymore"Navya hold her head 

" Navya relax you dont take stress " Cabir hold her and asked everyone to leave the room 

"Manik we are out said call us " Cabir said they walked out

Manik  look at shivering Nandini he closed the shower " get up you will caught cold " he gave her his hand , but she didn't hold and vomit he held her, he wiped her lips and splash water on her face ,she picked up body wash and pour on her hand and applied on her shoulder " i am filthy "she rub herself . he hold her hand as she was hurting herself 

" i will clean " he took gel and applied on his hand and rub it gently on her , he on shower and let water run down on them " see it is clean " he touch her shoulder and her nape and said , she cried , he bend down and kissed a bruise , she clutch his shirt and weep , he  removed her hairs and kissed on other scar , he kissed each mark, he cupped her face , kissed corner on her lips  "you are clean " he held her close to him and picked her up in his arm , he made her sit on sofa  , brought towel and dry her , she was trembling ,

"yar get some hot thing for Nandini to drink "he shouted ,he warp her in big towel and changed her shirt ,she was numb , after he was done he picked her up and walked to bed 

"you need rest " he made her rest and quickly changed his clothes 

Mukti came with hot milk , Manik too it from her and sat next to Nandini " have few sips " he made her sit ,she shakes her head 

"Manik dont force " Mukti said 

"hmmm" he caress her hair , hold her in his arms as she shiver "Mukti close light " he said  , she did as she walked out of room 

Dhruv  ran in room "how it happened ?" he was in shock 

Cabir stopped him out there " Don't tell Manik name " Cabir said

"we can't hide it as it is on TV Nyonkia ma'am has filed case against him of assault her daughter in law " he whispered

" we never wanted her to accept their marriage in this way "Aliya said

"hope it is not her trick to black mail Manik " Dhruv said 

"No she was crying seeing Nandini like that , today i saw a Mother in her . who was furious as her kids were in pain " Cabir said

" Nervous " he whispered as he felt her hand shivering in his  as  the light spot them

"when you are with me i am not , i am sure even worst thing happened you will cover me " she seated next to her Veena, he picked up his guitar and stand close to her, and started playing it with eyes he asked her read and she nod

Manik walked to her

" how dare you touch her ?" someone pull him from back and gave him a tight slap , gave  Nandini hand to get up " come on beta " Pandit look at her 'how dare you molest my daughter"she hit him again "come beta get up" she herself bend down gave her hand and pull her up "shhh" she wrapped her arm around her and pull Manik shirt to cover her ,drag frighten, pale and shivering Nandini with her out of the place "stop crying" she held her close to her as she seated in car ,Nandini was shivering and cried badly,she called few numbers look at Nandini who had faint in her arms because of shock "take me home" she made her rest in her lap and caress her face "I never wished this "tears roll down her eyes "Nandini beta open your eyes "she run her fingers in hers hairs "Dr i want you to come to my home at once" she called Dr and said 

" from where he came in ?" She run her fingers in Nandini hairs " i saw Manik and Nandini going in and Manik coming out " she murmur

At Auditorium

Manik ran back to room "Nandini " he look around " Nandini stop playing ok it is not funny " he searched , he finds something glittery on floor he picked it up " Nandini " he shouted as he picked up the locket , he run out of the room , his body shiver with fear " that guy was here " he like crazy look are around , he couldn't see as it was dark he  ran out of the place , he taken out his cell as it started working out side 

" not in a mood now Nyonika " he reject her call and tried to call Cabir and others but it was out of reach 

"Have you seen Nandini ?" he asked Pandit as he saw him coming out with 2 men , he didnot replied and walked away 

"he is such a mean guy why he will tell me ?" he again walked in to ask them to announce  for Nandini 

"Manik we have to rush home " he finds Cabir and co in his way

"why ? i am searching for Nandini, i guess that guy was here " he left his arm 

" Manik there was an announcement for you to reach home as soon as possible " Cabir tried to make him understand 

"Cabir Nandini is missing , i found her locked in the room" he said as same time Cabir received call from unknown number he picked it up , he in shock look at Manik " we are coming " he said

" what ?" Manik said as he hold his arm

"i found Nandini " he didn't had courage to tell Manik he only could say that
